Located in the Kenora District of Northwestern Ontario, Canada. 
Camp Thaddeus Wilderness Cabin is 1 hour North of the City of Dryden.

ROUTE to CAMP THADDEUS:
Travel 2 miles west of Dryden. 
Turn left onto Richan Rd #665. Continue on hard top #665 for 19km.
Take a left onto the gravel road marked Thaddeus Lake Lodge. 
Continue on gravel main road and cross 3 separate sets of railway crossings. 
After the 3rd crossing, take the second gravel road on the right (marked, Thaddeus Lake Lodge).
You will come to a 3 fork in the road, take a slight right and continue down the middle road. 
Stay on the main road until you come to a split and see a bunch of camp signs. Take a left. (A right will take you to Thaddeus Lake Lodge.) The left, "Hawthorne" is Camp Thaddeus. 
Continue on the windy gravel road.
We are the 9th driveway on the right.

Dryden is the closest town to Thaddeus Lake and your opportunity to finish any groceries or pit stops.CALL US as soon as you leave Dryden to let us know you are on the way to camp. It will take 1 1/4 hours to reach Camp Thaddeus.

If travelling from the United States into Canada, choose your point of entry. Options include but not limited to: International Falls, Minnesota or Ft. Frances, Ontario.

ROUTE TO DRYDEN:  Once you have crossed the bridge (border) take Hwy 11 East, until you reach Hwy 502 to Dryden. Follow the road signs to Dryden. Be sure to get gas either right before or after you cross the border. There is no gas for 100 miles on Hwy 502. If you are planning to stay overnight before you cross the border, or in Dryden, be sure make your motel reservations early. Motel suggestions included below.
